Dundonnell Mountain Rescue Team was called out on Friday night to search for a walker who had become lost in the hills north of Loch Mullardoch. The missing person was located uninjured near East Benula Lodge around 9.30pm. The team leader used the incident to emphasise the importance of carrying proper navigation equipment.

A 12-year-old boy fell at Golitha Falls in Cornwall and was located and extracted by emergency services. His injuries were not life-threatening, and he was left with paramedics at the scene.

Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team responded to three separate incidents in the Brecon Beacons on the same day. A German pointer fell approximately 30ft over Sgŵd y Pannwr waterfall and was stretchered to a veterinary clinic with a fractured leg; a woman suffered a suspected lower leg fracture on the same path and was stretchered to an ambulance; and a missing walker was located safe and well at a nearby car park.

A Coastguard helicopter airlifted an injured walker to hospital following a fall near Llanthony, situated between Hereford and Abergavenny. The rescue team was called out on Sunday afternoon after the initial assessment determined specialist air assistance was required due to the nature of the injuries and location.

A man fell down a rock face at Stamford Park and sustained serious head injuries and possible spinal damage. Oldham Mountain Rescue Team worked with paramedics in a thunderstorm to stabilise him using a vacuum mattress and stretcher before lowering him to ground level for evacuation to hospital.

Two women were struck by lightning on the summit of Snowdon on 1 July 2021. One woman was found to be falling in and out of consciousness while the other sustained minor injuries. Both were evacuated to Clogwyn railway station and flown by coastguard helicopter to Bangor hospital, with rescuers reporting neither had life-threatening injuries.

A person died after falling approximately 25–30 metres on the lower slopes of Crib Goch's north ridge on Snowdon. Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team responded to reports of the fall, and the casualty was airlifted to hospital by Coastguard helicopter but was pronounced dead.

A 36-year-old man fell approximately 50 metres from the Trinnacle near Dovestone in February after blacking out whilst training for a charity climb. He was rescued by Oldham Mountain Rescue Team and evacuated by Yorkshire Air Ambulance to Sheffield Northern General Hospital with severe injuries to his right leg, which surgeons successfully saved. Several months later, he provided meals to the rescue teams as thanks for saving his life.

A woman in her 50s was found dead in the Gloucester-Sharpness canal near Frampton-on-Severn on 17 July following a search after she was reported missing. Police, fire and rescue, and the Severn Area Rescue Association were involved in the recovery operation. The death is not being treated as suspicious.

Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team attended two separate incidents in the Neuadd Valley within consecutive days. On 14 July, a fell runner became detached from his partner and overdue, but was located safely in Pontsticill village. On 15 July, a couple lost on the Neuadd ridge and suffering from cold were located using mapping technology and escorted safely off the mountain.

A walker fell approximately 100 feet on Snowdon near the Pyg track on Saturday morning and was airlifted to hospital. The casualty was initially treated by Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team volunteers and a Coastguard helicopter winchman before being flown to hospital. The rescue team was already operating in the area following an earlier call to assist another walker with a medical condition.

Three walkers became separated and lost while descending Beinn a' Chlaidheimh in Fisherfield Forest during the 'Big Six' Munro challenge on Saturday evening. A joint rescue operation involving Dundonnell Mountain Rescue Team and HM Coastguard helicopters was launched, and all three walkers were located safe and well by Sunday morning.

Arran Mountain Rescue Team was called out on Saturday evening after two climbers became stuck on a crag. A rope was lowered to both individuals, allowing them to be safely assisted down the hill and back into Glen Rosa.

The team responded to two callouts near the Fairy Pools over recent days. One incident involved a female with an ankle injury on the Bruach na Frithe traverse path, requiring stretcher removal to the roadside. The second callout assisted helicopter crews dealing with a casualty who had fallen into the water at the pools.

Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team responded to two calls on 29 June 2021: a male walker with a leg injury on Mynydd-y-glog mountain in the Brecon Beacons, and a search for a missing 60-year-old man from the Caerphilly area. Sarah Buick, a 24-year-old experienced hillwalker from Dundee, went missing on Ben Nevis after posting a summit selfie at approximately 05:00 on Tuesday morning. Police Scotland and Lochaber Mountain Rescue Team launched a search, which began on Wednesday, with growing concern expressed as she had not made contact with friends or family.
A man missing from a caravan park in Newquay since early Sunday morning was found deceased in woodland near Newquay on Monday. West Cornwall Search and Rescue Team, assisted by East Cornwall Search and Rescue Team and Devon and Cornwall Police, located the body during a search of thick vegetation and woodland. The death is not being treated as suspicious.

A 23-year-old swimmer got into difficulty at Ceunant Mawr Waterfall in Llanberis and was rescued by the mountain rescue team. He was treated at the scene and flown to hospital by Coastguard Helimed, with assistance from North Wales Fire and Rescue.

A mountain biker suffered a suspected broken leg on the mountainside above Pontsticill in the Brecon Beacons and was rescued by the Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team with assistance from local residents.
