Aira Force
A walker slipped on a path at Aira Force and sustained an ankle injury on 3 January 2025. Patterdale Mountain Rescue attended with 13 members, treated and splinted the casualty's leg, and carried them to the car park on a stretcher for transport to hospital.
Outcome: casualty splinted and stretcher-carried to car park, transported to hospital by partner
