A man sustained an ankle fracture and dislocation while climbing Corn Du in the Brecon Beacons. Members of the public provided initial assistance with shelter and warmth while Brecon and Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Teams attended and assessed him. He was evacuated by Maritime Coastguard Agency helicopter to hospital due to the severity of his injury and risk of hypothermia.
