A 9-year-old vulnerable child missing overnight in Torquay was located safely with the assistance of the team's search efforts and a social media appeal by police. The child was found by the mother of a friend at around 09:30 and returned home by police. The team stood down after 21 volunteers were mobilised for the urban search operation.
