A walker sustained a serious head injury after falling in the Black Mountains and was rescued by Longtown Mountain Rescue Team with assistance from the Maritime and Coastguard Agency Helicopter. The casualty was stabilised at the scene, winched onto the helicopter, and transported to hospital.
