Bamber Bridge / Walton le Dale
Bowland Pennine Mountain Rescue Team deployed to assist Lancashire Constabulary in a high-risk search for a missing person in the Bamber Bridge and Walton le Dale areas on 22 July 2026. Thirty-two volunteers searched open land, motorway boundaries, vegetation and hedgerows over more than 8 hours, but the missing person was not located during the operation.
