A walker fell and sustained a head injury on Alphin Pike near Dovestones, Greenfield. The Oldham Mountain Rescue Team located the casualty using PhoneFind, provided medical assessment and treatment, and evacuated them by stretcher over steep terrain. The casualty was transferred to ambulance care after a 25-minute stretcher carry.
