Bone Caves, near Inchnadamph, Sutherland
Assynt Mountain Rescue Team was called out on Thursday evening to assist a man in his 30s who had sustained an ankle injury near the Bone Caves close to Inchnadamph in Sutherland. After on-site assessment and pain relief, the casualty was stretchered approximately 1 kilometre over rough terrain in wet and windy conditions to meet an ambulance.
