A walker sustained a suspected broken wrist and multiple other injuries on Ben Hope, the most northerly Munro, on Sunday 1 June. Assynt Mountain Rescue administered pain relief and splinted the arm before conducting a lengthy stretcher evacuation down difficult terrain to a waiting ambulance. All volunteers returned by 1am on Monday.
Outcome: casualty evacuated by stretcher to ambulance
