Uppermill and Tandle Hill Country Park
Oldham Mountain Rescue Team assisted with two separate incidents on 8 September. A man who fell on a slope near Uppermill was immobilised and evacuated by stretcher to hospital, and later that morning a woman with an ankle injury at Tandle Hill Country Park was assisted to an ambulance.
Outcome: both casualties evacuated to hospital by ambulance
