A walker fell 20ft from a waterfall near Sgwd Gwladus in the Brecon Beacons, sustaining a serious leg injury. Members of the public used mobile phone camera flashes to guide a Coastguard helicopter to the scene in the heavily wooded ravine. The casualty was winched to safety and airlifted to Swansea Hospital.
