Lake District (Ore Gap, Bowfell, Rossett Ghyll, The Band, Tongue Gill, Grizedale Tarn, Grizedale Hause, Coadale Tarn)
Langdale Ambleside Mountain Rescue Team responded to four callouts over 24 hours, predominantly involving Duke of Edinburgh Award student groups who became lost, wet, or unable to communicate while camping in the Lake District. All groups were located and safely escorted back to lower ground or their intended campsites with no serious injuries reported.
