A man entered the River Severn near Gloucester Docks on 20 November and did not resurface. Rescue teams including SARA Sharpness crew, Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service, and police conducted a search, and a body was recovered from the river near Hempsted. The death is not being treated as suspicious.

A mountain biker sustained multiple injuries after falling on a steep section of trail on Alphin Pike near Dovestones on Sunday afternoon. Oldham Mountain Rescue, an air ambulance and paramedics attended the scene, providing medical care and evacuating the casualty to hospital by air ambulance in a three-hour operation.

Andrew Robinson, a 50-year-old man from Co Armagh, has been missing since 15 November 2025 after his vehicle was found near the River Bann in the Portadown area. A cross-border search and rescue operation involving police, Coastguard, boat crews, and dive teams has been ongoing, with appeals issued for experienced divers to assist in continuing the search.

A body was found on the west face cliffs of Clach Glas around 2pm on Saturday, 8th November. The recovery of the body took place the following day with assistance from several rescue teams and the Coastguard helicopter.

Mountain rescue teams were called out to assist with an injured walker near Culter Fell on Saturday, 8th November 2025. The individual had slipped and sustained a suspected broken ankle before being assessed and safely carried from the hill.

Dundonnell Mountain Rescue Team was alerted to a missing person report in the Abriachan area south west of Inverness on 3 November 2025. HM Coastguard, SARDA Scotland and Police Scotland also responded. The 14-year-old boy was subsequently traced safe and well.

Two climbers were rescued from Pillar Rock after becoming stranded at Low Man due to fading light and worsening weather on 28 October 2025. Cockermouth Mountain Rescue Team deployed 15 members who established a fixed line to assist the climbers safely down the mountain. The operation lasted five-and-a-half hours.

Mountain Rescue Team was called by Lancashire Police to assist with a distressed male who was unable to exit Warton Quarry. The individual, who had been outdoors overnight, was found to be hypothermic and required medical attention.

Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team attended their 160th callout of the year after a walker dislocated her shoulder in the waterfalls area of Bannau Brycheiniog National Park. Remote Rescue Medical Technicians located her using a What3Words reference and provided pain relief and first aid. The walker was guided out of the steep gorge with assistance from Welsh Ambulance Service and passers-by.

Moffat Mountain Rescue responded to a callout regarding an injured walker on the Southern Upland Way. The individual had fallen and sustained a suspected broken ankle between Wanlockhead and Beattock. Members of both MRT teams successfully located the casualty, provided initial care, and transported them from the hillside to waiting ambulance services.

The rescue team was called out to Gisburn Forest on Saturday, 25th October, as part of an ongoing search for a missing person. Sadly, during the operation, the individual was found deceased.

Search and Rescue teams were contacted by police to assist in locating a young girl reported missing from St Eval. The child was eventually found safe by a member of the public who was assisting with the search efforts.

A body was discovered in Coed Bryn-Engan woodland near Capel Curig in Snowdonia on 23 October. Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue Organisation, assisted by North Wales Police and Welsh Ambulance Service, recovered the body and transported it to a private ambulance. Few details about the deceased have been disclosed.

The rescue team responded late on Thursday night to assist with a search for a vulnerable 46-year-old male in the Gisburn Forest area. Seventeen volunteers searched through the night in an immediate area identified by the Police, but unfortunately, the missing person was not found.

The team responded to police and coastguard assistance with ongoing searches for a missing person in the Totnes area. During a bankside search, they located a calf stuck in the mud which was successfully extracted with the help of the farmer.

A walker required assistance after camping in the Mourne Mountains during a yellow weather warning for heavy rain. The team was called out when the individual became unable to cross swollen rivers in the Annalong Valley. Volunteers were able to reach and escort the camper safely off the hill by avoiding river crossings.

Patterdale Mountain Rescue attended to a walker with a lower leg injury on Striding Edge, Helvellyn on Saturday morning. Due to steep and rocky terrain, the team carefully lowered the casualty down the slope towards Red Tarn in deteriorating weather. The operation involved 10 team members over approximately five hours, with the casualty subsequently taken to hospital.

Moffat MRT responded to two separate callouts on Sunday, 19th October 2025. The first involved a search for a missing person in the Glentrool area, followed by assistance with the rescue of two walkers who were delayed by injury and worsening weather conditions.

Two males attempting to climb Pen-y-Fan at night in bad weather were rescued by Brecon Mountain Rescue Team. One casualty was suffering chest pain at the scene. Both were evacuated by Gator vehicle and checked by the team doctor, with no serious medical issues found.

Tweed Valley Mountain Rescue Team responded to three separate incidents on 18–19 October 2025: locating a missing person near Livingston in the early hours, assisting an injured mountain biker at Glentress trails at midday, and rescuing two walkers stranded on a remote ridge between Moffat Water and Ettrick valleys in the evening. All three callouts were resolved safely, marking the team's 48th, 49th and 50th operations of the year.

Tweed Valley Mountain Rescue responded to four separate incidents over four days in mid-to-late October, including a lost family in Cademuir Forest, a missing person search near Linlithgow, an injured mountain biker at Glentress, and two walkers on a remote ridge in Ettrick Valley.
