Moel Famau, Clwydian Range
Two families walking on Moel Famau in north Wales called for help after being caught in poor weather with visibility reduced to 100 metres. North East Wales Search and Rescue deployed 4x4 vehicles to the hill. One family was assisted down by another walker whilst the other family descended safely on their own.
Outcome: both families descended safely without serious injury
