A woman became stranded on cliffs on Glyder Fawr in Eryri after attempting to retrieve one of her pet parrots that had been startled by a peregrine falcon attack. She was rescued by Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue, who used belay techniques to reach her and lower her safely to the ground along with her remaining parrot.
Outcome: casualty and parrot rescued by belay and lowered to safe ground
