Gribin Facet, Ogwen Valley
A woman in her 50s became trapped when her leg became stuck in a crack on Gribin Facet after slipping while walking. Around 16 volunteers from Llanberis and Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue team used washing-up liquid and ropes to free her leg, and she was subsequently airlifted to hospital for assessment.
Outcome: casualty airlifted to hospital for check-up
