Glyder Fach, Eryri (Snowdonia)

A solo scrambler died after falling from the main face of Glyder Fach on 10 May. Mountain rescuers attended and assisted in recovering the casualty by helicopter. Team members also provided assistance at a fatal road collision on the A5 near Capel Curig while returning from the mountain rescue operation.

Outcome: casualty deceased; body recovered by helicopter
