Pillar Rock, Lake District

Two climbers were rescued from Pillar Rock after becoming stranded at Low Man due to fading light and worsening weather on 28 October 2025. Outcome: both climbers assisted down and escorted to vehicles

Support the team who responded. They turn out unpaid, in all weather — every team is a volunteer-run charity.
