A male walker fell at Birchen Clough, Saddleworth, and sustained a potentially fractured ankle. Oldham and Holme Valley mountain rescue teams, along with a Coastguard helicopter, coordinated the evacuation, with the casualty airlifted to Sheffield hospital for treatment.
