A dog fell from a cliff near Angel Tarn at Buck Crag in the Lake District on 7 July and was rescued by Patterdale Mountain Rescue Team. After an initial search located the animal wedged between rocks, a full team operation using a 100-metre twin rope system was deployed. The dog was successfully retrieved with only minor injury and reunited with its owners.

Two walkers on Scafell Pike sustained injuries and activated emergency SOS via iPhone. Three members of the public who were already assisting them helped escort the casualties safely off the hill to the Woolpack Inn, where they arranged further transport.

A mountain biker sustained a significant leg injury after falling on moorland between Llandegla and World's End. The team located the casualty using Sarloc PhoneFind, provided treatment on scene, and evacuated them by stretcher to the roadside.

A 17-year-old male sustained an ankle injury near the summit of Ingleborough. The team evacuated him to Chapel Le Dale for transport to hospital by his party.

A woman tripped on a path near Slater Bridge and sustained a knee injury that prevented weight-bearing. After assessment and splinting by the rescue team, she was assisted to a vehicle and driven to meet her partner's car for transfer to hospital.

A walker fell on a rough track above Horrabridge and sustained an ankle injury, leaving them unable to walk. Team members deployed with a wheeled stretcher and assisted South West Ambulance Service in packaging the casualty and carrying them down to the village for ambulance transfer.

A walker fell on rocky ground near the summit of Arthur's Seat in Holyrood Park, Edinburgh on Monday evening. Tweed Valley Mountain Rescue attended and assisted the casualty to walk to a team vehicle, with handover to Scottish Ambulance Service at the base of the hill. Emergency services cleared the scene by 8.30pm.

An 18-year-old sustained a lower leg injury near Huntingdon Warren on 6 July 2026. Multiple rescue teams including Dartmoor SAR, SWAST and HART assisted in evacuating the casualty by stretcher to hospital.

Three callouts were attended during mid-to-late June and early July. Callout 22 near Barrowford was stood down, callout 23 involved a stretcher carry for an ankle injury near Rawtenstall, and callout 24 saw a mountain biker evacuated from Lee Mill Quarry.

Three walkers were reported overdue on Scafell Pike after underestimating the time required for their route. They returned safe and well shortly after the alert was raised and required no further assistance.

A young woman sustained a lower leg injury after slipping into a hole while fell walking on Low Pike. She was treated by team members and evacuated by stretcher.

A potentially hypothermic teenage wild camper was found by passing walkers on Whiteside above Keppel Cove. The casualty was able to walk off with assistance from the walkers and a Penrith MRT member who was nearby, and the team stood down before deploying.

A female walker suffered a medical episode on a remote fell path above West Burton. The Yorkshire Air Ambulance attended and airlifted the casualty to James Cook Hospital while the team deployed to assist.

A competitor in the Dales D30 race suffered a medical episode while the team was providing safety cover. Four team members responded and treated the casualty.

A man sustained an ankle injury on Gowbarrow on 4 July and was stretchered off the hill by Penrith Mountain Rescue Team. He was transferred to hospital for further treatment.

A 65-year-old male walker slipped between Dean Moor Hill and Coomb Hill in the Malham area and was assisted by the team. The casualty self-evacuated to a waiting ambulance with support from Yorkshire Ambulance Service.

Two walkers became lost near Foxes Tarn on Scafell and were unable to descend. RAF Leeming MRT, already in the valley, located and escorted them safely off the hill to their vehicle.

A child became cold high on Scafell Pike during a fell race. Fell race organisers and the mountain rescue team provided support to the family as they descended. The child was checked by ambulance staff at the car park and discharged in good health.

A male was reported in distress in water at Rydal Water on 4 July 2026. The team responded but was stood down after being informed that the man had exited the water and was in the care of police officers.

A man fell and became injured in a remote, inaccessible area near Black Clough in the Peak District on Saturday evening. Over 50 rescue personnel from four mountain rescue teams, an air ambulance and a Coastguard helicopter worked for around seven hours to locate and evacuate him by stretcher carry due to unsafe conditions for helicopter winching.

A kayaker required assistance on the River Dee near Llangollen on 4 July 2026. The incident was managed by North Wales Fire and Rescue Service, with support from Welsh Ambulance Services and NEWSAR providing landside recovery and casualty extraction.

A camper became cold and wet during a descent from Helvellyn after an overnight camp and was unable to continue. Patterdale Mountain Rescue Team located him on the mountainside with assistance from passers-by and conveyed him to base, where he was given warm drinks and food before returning home with friends.

A teenager experienced a medical episode on Moel Famau on 3 July 2026. The team was deployed and assessed the casualty on scene, who was then transported by team vehicle to an awaiting ambulance for hospital treatment.
